ARE REFUNDS ALLOWED?

Except as expressly set forth below, all sales are final, and no refund will be issued.

If you cancel your Subscription within 48 (forty-eight) hours of your initial purchase and we have not shipped your testing kit, we will provide you with a full refund. The refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after you cancel your Subscription. Payments for recurring membership periods following your first year of Subscription are not refundable.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. We are not liable for any delays, damage, or errors in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers or fulfillment providers. 

Free Shipping: We offer free Standard shipping on all orders. Free Overnight shipping may be available on eligible orders, subject to availability and applicable terms.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED? 

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Once, annually.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? 

We do not offer international shipping.
